We are ideally seeking a Senior Paediatric Speech Pathologist (7+ years’ experience) who is confident, collaborative and passionate about making a genuine difference. We are open to interviewing other experienced clinicians who align with our values and vision. Why This Role Is Different True flexibility Full-time or part-time Design your days around your life Optional mixed caseload (paediatrics + adults if desired) Remote options Supervision and other non-face-to-face hours can be completed from home via Zoom Ideal for senior clinicians, parents, or those balancing commitments Variety in your workday Clinic-based sessions in Sinagra Mobile role across schools, homes and the community No two days look the same Support without micromanagement Admin and billing support so you focus on therapy Professional development allowance A genuinely supportive team culture Collaborative, respectful and fun We value clinician wellbeing just as much as client outcomes Your Role You will: Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention for speech, language, fluency and social communication Support children with developmental delay, Autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles Work collaboratively with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams Build meaningful relationships that empower children to communicate with confidence Manage a mixed NDIS and private caseload , supported by streamlined systems (For senior clinicians) contribute clinical insight, leadership and mentoring About You You’ll bring: A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology SPA membership and Certified Practising status Ideally 7+ years’ experience (but we welcome strong applicants with less) Experience working with neurodivergent children A warm, client-centred and strengths-based approach A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle What’s On Offer Flexible hours — part-time or full-time Competitive remuneration (based on experience) Professional development allowance Admin & billing support Autonomy, trust and respect A role that adapts as your life does Ready to Apply?
