Job Summary Sales Consultant – 4WD Central Hours: Full Time Location: Townsville Turn your passion for 4WD and the outdoors into a high-performing sales career. About the Role As a 4WD Central Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our dealership. Helping customers explore our range, understand the capabilities of our vehicles, and choose the perfect fit for their lifestyle. This is a full‑time, high‑engagement sales role where you’ll build relationships, deliver exceptional test‑drive and showroom experiences, and guide customers through a seamless purchase journey. What You’ll Be Doing Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and 4WD aspirations. Conduct engaging test drives and deliver product demonstrations that highlight capability, performance, and adventure potential. Guide customers through the complete sales process – from first conversation to final handover. Maintain strong product knowledge across all models, accessories, pricing, and promotions. Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets. Deliver standout customer service that creates trust, loyalty, and repeat business. Represent the 4WD lifestyle with authenticity – speaking the language of off‑road touring, towing, and adventure. What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience in automotive, retail, or another customer‑facing environment. A genuine passion for 4WDs, outdoor adventure, and helping customers build their dream setups. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally. Confident negotiation and closing capabilities with a results‑driven approach. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset able to overcome customer objections smoothly. A polished, friendly, and professional presence that enhances our team culture. Preferably: Experience in automotive, 4WD accessories, outdoor retail, caravans, or adventure equipment sales.
