We’re on the hunt for a driven, detail-oriented, and relationship-savvy buyer’s agent to join our high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely with autonomy, running your own day and managing your own pipeline of warm, high-quality clients—no cold leads, no chasing. Key Responsibilities Find and assess investment properties remotely across Australia Deliver high-quality options that match client goals Perform due diligence on properties and surrounding areas Build strong relationships with real estate agents to access on-market and off-market deals Liaise with mortgage brokers, solicitors, property managers, pest and building inspectors, and tradespeople Run area selection calls to align property strategies with client goals Keep clients updated on the search and nurture them through the buying process Negotiate on property purchases Manage pest and building inspections and renegotiate deals where needed Guide clients through the inspection process and address concerns What We’re Looking For Property: You must have purchased investment property and be actively building your own property portfolio. Experience: Ideally have an extensive background as a buyers agent with a proven track record (min 2 years) Track-record of meeting and exceeding KPI’s in past roles. Advanced influence and sales skills, including rapport building, questioning, presenting, negotiating, and objection handling. High level time management and organisational skills. Ambitious: A self-starter with the drive to earn $200k+ per year. Comfort with using CRM technology and tools such as High Level CRM, Gmail, DocuSign.
