We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Market Research Analyst to join our growing team at TALENT X-GROUP . Key Responsibilities Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Analyze customer preferences, market conditions, and emerging industry developments. Prepare detailed research reports, forecasts, and presentations for management and stakeholders. Design and implement surveys, focus groups, and other data collection methods. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and business strategy teams to inform decision-making. Maintain and update market databases and dashboards with current data insights. Present findings in a clear and actionable manner to support key business initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience (0-1+ years) in market research, data analysis, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SPSS, or Google Analytics. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
