About the Role Were looking for a Veterinary Director who is ready to step up and lead. Youll be someone who : Demonstrates strong leadership and fosters a positive team culture Has excellent surgical skills and clinical knowledge Enjoys mentoring and supporting graduate vets Is confident managing a varied caseload including dermatology Thrives in a collaborative environment and leads by example Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience Proven ability to work sole charge when required Flexible adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality evidence-based care Strong time management and organisational skills Passionate about clinical excellence and positive client outcomes Qualifications : To be considered for this role you must hold a Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC) and / or have completed NAVLE AVE or alike examinations.
