Looking for a new career & fresh start in 2026? We are The Picket Fence Media and we're now accepting applications for real estate photographers throughout Logan & The Gold Coast . We are passionate about photography, but more importantly, real estate. As one of Queensland's fastest growing real estate photography companies and due to expansion are looking for multiple photographers to join our team. We are hiring contractor positions with full time opportunities. Work will involve photoshoots from 9am until twilight (7pm during Summer, 5pm in Winter). Some Saturday work may be required. This role is very autonomous and would suit someone who loves working in an environment where no two days are the same. We work wholly with real estate agents, taking photos, drawing floorplans, shooting videos, capturing aerial drone images and scanning 3D tours of homes to capture them in their best light. Photoshoots generally last between 30 minutes to 90 minutes and you can expect 3-5 jobs per day. These are then uploaded to our cloud and edited by our editing teams. As we work within the real estate industry, this role can be fast paced. We accept applications from current Real Estate Photographers & Photographers from other genres, however we encourage people with either a real estate or strong customer service background to apply for the role as we see this position as being very customer orientated with photography being second to great customer service. Key Responsibilities: Providing exceptional customer service. Taking photos using a DSLR, aerial photos using a drone and drawing floorplans. Decluttering, moving items in each room to ensure the home looks its best. Speaking and building rapport with agents we work with about real estate marketing, and talking with the homeowner/tenant during the shoot. Must be friendly and confident. Upload images on the go to the cloud. Proven customer service background, a warm welcoming manner and the ability to quickly build rapport with Sales Agents, Property Managers and assistants. Reliable - you must be good with time management and be able to arrive on time to photoshoots. Ability to learn new skills and problem solve in a practical way to get the job done. Full time availability. People with limited photography experience but a strong real estate or customer service background are encouraged to apply. You will be supported with our photography manual and training videos as well as on the job training. Paid on the job training typically take 4-6 weeks where you will be buddied up with one of our photography trainers on real photoshoots. Training can include long hours and large travel distances. Some travel to our Springwood office will be required during training.
