And so much more About the opportunity Reporting to the Compliance Manager, your focus will be to facilitate and administratively support vendor compliance across the NEX Building Group portfolio. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: Monday-Friday position on a 6 month contract. Manage the onboarding admin and process for subcontractors to ensure compliance. Assist our new and existing vendors to ensure they have all the documents required for compliance and are up to date. Review all vendor documentation to ensure it meets NEX Group internal system requirements. Maintenance of vendor documentation and vendor database systems. Maintenance of WHS business compliance records and databases. Ability to review SWMS and provide guidance on safe work procedures. Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the WHS team as required. Collaborate cross functionally to implement improvements to the vendor experience and issue resolution process. About you Attention to detail, accurate reporting, and data input capabilities. Experience within a customer-focused, Administration role. High planning and organising skills. The ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing work agenda. Proficiency in or willingness to develop skills in MS office. Construction knowledge – highly regarded.
