About the Role We are seeking Kitchen Supervisors to lead food operations in our wine bar and retail space. This role is crucial in maintaining quality food service and designing a menu that complements our wines. Key Responsibilities Design and develop a menu that enhances the wine experience. Oversee food preparation, quality control, and safety standards. Manage food and wine takeaway offerings. Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness. Work collaboratively with the bar and retail teams to enhance overall experience. Who’s a Good Fit 3+ years experience in food service or kitchen management.
