Rosterer/Scheduler - Community Care

Envigor Home Care is looking for expressions of interest for a dedicated and experienced Rosterer / Scheduler to join our friendly team based on the Sunshine Coast. Envigor provides in-home aged care and disability services. The rosterer / scheduler is responsible for scheduling client visits with staff from the team to meet the needs of the client. You will be responsible for ensuring that rosters are maintained and updated, all shifts are covered appropriately, and that exceptional and responsive service is provided to clients. If you are energetic, have excellent interpersonal and time management skills, demonstrate attention to detail and have experience using roster / scheduling systems then this is the role for you. This position is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, working from home. Successful applicants will: Be part of a supportive and caring team Have opportunities for advancement Be part of an organisation where you will see our values in action About you: Have strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail Have a high level of computer literacy Enjoy a fast paced working environment Experience in aged care, community support or disability sectors would be an advantage It is desirable that the applicant hold a Certificate III in Office Administration or other relevant qualification Mandatory Requirements You must hold: Current Yellow Card or National Disability Worker Screening Clearance - or - Current National Police Check If you have been a citizen in another country after the age of 16 you will also need to have a statutory declaration as per the "Police Certificate Guidelines for Aged Care Providers". Selection Criteria: Demonstrated ability to embrace the philosophy of aged care that promotes dignity, independence and advocacy Empathy for and desire to work within the aged and disability communities Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and accurate data entry Community Care scheduling experience Application Instructions: Applicants are requested to apply online and to address the above selection criteria.
