Overview Community/Disability Support Worker role at Advantage Healthcare Support . Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients. Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access. Support clients in attending appointments and engaging in social activities. Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities. Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required). Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) duties. Essential Requirements Full Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle. Comprehensive car insurance. NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain). Valid First Aid & CPR certificates. Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain, if required).
