About the Venue The Woolpack Hotel in Redfern is a beloved local spot, serving up delicious food alongside a carefully curated selection of beers, wines, and spirits. This vibrant pub and bistro brings live music and plenty of character to the neighbourhood. About the Role As a Bar and Gaming Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our venue, providing genuine customer service and ensuring guests enjoy a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience. You’ll work across the bar and gaming areas, delivering high standards of service and presentation. Your Responsibilities Serve beverages efficiently and professionally with a friendly attitude Maintain a clean, organised and well‑presented bar and gaming environment Engage with patrons in a respectful and positive manner Operate tills, handle cash and process transactions accurately Ensure compliance with RSA and RCG legislation at all times Monitor gaming areas, providing assistance and maintaining a safe responsible environment What We’re Looking For Previous experience in bar, gaming or hospitality (1+ year preferred) Current RSA and RCG certifications (essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, well‑presented and a great team player Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and public holidays We vibe best with people who are Accountable – Own it.
