Base pay range A$80,490.00/yr - A$89,430.00/yr Join our Property Rating Services team and help maintain accurate property and valuation data that supports the levying and collection of rates and charges. This role ensures Council’s property records are up to date and provides essential support to internal and external customers. You will process customer requests, prepare and approve invoices, respond to enquiries, and assist with property changes and valuation updates. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders, supporting team processes, and contributing to Council’s commitment to quality and compliance. This is a full-time temporary position until 15 September 2026 (Project Position) (38 hours per week). This is a Band 5 role with a salary range between $80,490 and $89,430 per annum, plus superannuation. Experience and skills we’re looking for Experience in property, rating, or valuation administration, or similar customer service roles. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data in corporate systems. Ability to interpret and apply legislation and Council policies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling enquiries and correspondence. Competence in using technology to process information and manage tasks. Strong organisational skills to manage time and meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues. Problem‑solving skills to resolve complex or challenging issues professionally. Experience preparing and reviewing invoices and financial documentation.
