Why DORSETT 50% off stays in our properties globally and 30% off our Australian restaurants Professional, friendly and supportive team Excellent benefits including Birthday leave, staff meal each shift and access to EAP Your Role Reporting to our Director of Revenue, you will hold a key role in gathering critical data for all departments of the hotels in the cluster including research, forecast preparation and revenue strategy development and implementation. As our Revenue Manager, you’ll take ownership of pricing, distribution, and demand management strategies to optimise revenue performance across all channels. This position will be based either at Dorsett Melbourne (CBD) or at Dorsett Gold Coast (Mermaid Beach/Broadbeach). Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to drive total revenue performance. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and business performance. Communicate key event and high demand period revenue strategies. Manage OTA and direct channel pricing to maximise yield through the hotel RMS (IDEAS G3). Lead or assist in projects as required. Attend, contribute in and/or lead any meetings requiring revenue management input. Report on any commercial analysis as required. Monitoring and reviewing competitor strategies. Why YOU You have a reservations or revenue background within hotels or the travel industry. You have strong numerical, analytical and computer skills. You have the ability to prioritise, work under pressure, problem solving and time management skills. You have an understanding of revenue management principles and practices. You have an understanding, and excellent working knowledge of, Excel and other key systems such as Opera Reporting and Analytics, IDEAS and Delphi. You are a strong communicator and work well in a team environment. You hold full working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen or Resident).
