Salary Range $82,796 to $136,848 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service. Employment Status Full-time 9-month contract. About the Role The Science Teacher transforms the classroom into a space of scientific discovery where complex concepts spark curiosity and hands‑on experiments fuel this role. You’ll use innovative techniques and curriculum‑aligned resources to make science accessible and inspiring weaving real‑world applications into lessons to show students the wonders of science in everyday life. Through regular assessments and personalised feedback you’ll support each student’s journey tracking progress with care and celebrating milestones along the way. By collaborating and communicating with colleagues and parents you’ll create a strong support network around each individual. This appointment is temporary as it is to replace an employee who is on parental leave and the incumbent is entitled to return to work early in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.
