Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Performance and Regulation, the role oversees the organisation‑wide portfolio of capital and operating projects and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, risk appetite and service delivery obligations while maximising value for the business. The position also provides coordination and governance of transformation programs, with a strong focus on stabilisation, recovery and risk mitigation, and leads the development of enterprise performance metrics and executive‑level reporting to provide clear visibility of organisational performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Responsibilities Partner with executives to translate strategy into annual enterprise priorities, leading the development of enterprise and corporate plans, guiding functional planning, and overseeing enterprise‑wide investment reprioritisation. Lead enterprise investment governance and prioritisation, establishing robust frameworks and processes to guide annual and multi‑year planning, and providing independent advice to the ELT on investment outcomes, benefits and value delivery. Oversee enterprise performance reporting, regulatory audits and statutory reporting, leveraging complex data analysis to deliver executive‑level insights and drive continuous improvement. Lead the development and approval of the GWW Annual Report and oversee delivery of current and emerging government and regulatory reporting obligations. Collaborate with and mentor leaders to align enterprise priorities, drive accountability and excellence, build team resilience, and foster strategic partnerships across the organisation. Skills & Experience Demonstrated understanding of business and project governance, risk management and compliance Hands‑on experience with project delivery methodologies, benefit tracking and complex prioritisation Experience managing cross functional teams and driving change Demonstrated ability to produce high quality reports and presentations to engage with executive‑level teams Tertiary qualification in a relevant business discipline (desirable) Experience working in the water sector or other regulated utilities (desirable) See yourself thrive Our vision for GWW is Thriving People and Country.
