$100,000 – $130,000PA + super, car, phone and fuel About the role Burgio Construction is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Site Supervisor to join our team in Fremantle, WA. This full-time role will oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth delivery of high end residential construction projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled tradespeople and coordinating all on-site activities to meet project timelines and quality standards. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate a team of carpenters and other tradespeople Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations Liaise with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns Maintain accurate records of progress, timelines and costs Assist with the planning and scheduling of work tasks to optimise efficiency Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as required What we're looking for Formal carpentry qualifications and extensive experience as a carpenter/site supervisor in the construction industry Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality work Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to address challenges on site Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and technical drawings Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations What we offer At Burgio Construction, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
