We are seeking a high performing, TS PV cleared Project Support Officer (PSO) to work with us in our Professional Services team in delivering capability for the National Intelligence Community The PSO will take responsibility for the provision of support services to projects; use and recommend project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects whilst support program or project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings. About You: Demonstrable administration and organisational skills Demonstrable experience in the management of complex ICT projects High level knowledge of project management methodologies Experience with procurement and finance, preferably within a Defence environment Project certification (e.g. Prince, Agile) About the Role: Be responsible for the financial management of the project in accordance with Commonwealth Rules and Regulations. Assist in managing activities and processes relating to project procurement, project finance, asset documentation, project-specific and general administration activities including workplace health and safety, security and accommodation. Work cohesively and communicate effectively with other project team staff and stakeholder groups.
