Account Executive; become an Account Manager – Media Agency Melbourne, Victoria, Australia CBD offices – 4 days in 1 from home Property / Developer client base Starting salary package is $85,000.00 Our client is an independent media agency trusted by some of Australia’s leading property brands. We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s ready to take ownership of a client portfolio, deliver exceptional work, and grow alongside our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, commercially minded, and passionate about client service. You’ll be the day-to‑day contact for your clients, ensuring campaigns run smoothly across media channels, while spotting opportunities to add value and strengthen relationships. What you’ll do: Manage the day‑to‑day requirements of your client portfolio with professionalism and efficiency Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and media partners across digital (80%), print, OOH, radio and property portals – REA, Domain, etc. Prepare and manage media plans, bookings, campaign reporting, and deadlines Collaborate with the Performance and Finance teams to ensure campaigns deliver results and revenue opportunities are maximised Stay updated on market trends, tools (Roy Morgan, Helix Personas), and best practices to add insight and value Support senior leaders in preparing proposals, client reviews, and presentations What we’re looking for: 2+ years’ experience in a media agency; experience with Property or Developer clients is a bonus Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and deadlines Commercially savvy with good project management skills Confident communicator who can build trust quickly Experience in residential or commercial property advertising ideal (but not essential) If you feel this is the role for you, hit the Easy Apply tab or send your CV to Brenton Moore at No sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship on offer.
