Responsibilities Carrying out defect rectification works assigned to you by the Handover Supervisor Ensuring that all general maintenance as per the defect list is completed to the highest quality Perform general maintenance tasks including painting and plastering, adjustment of doors, locks and other hand‑y tasks About you An ability to communicate with clients and various teams – a professional, customer‑focused attitude A handyman or maintenance background ideally, but this is not essential if you possess a service‑orientated approach, attention to detail and a "DIY hand‑yperson" mindset An ability to prioritise effectively whilst ensuring exceptional attention to detail A full driver’s licence to operate a service van Willingness to travel to and from jobs as scheduled A positive attitude with the ability to work by yourself or within a team We are keen to improve female (and other marginalised groups) representation in our workplaces.
