Our Minto and Eastern Creek Infrastructure Services team is looking for Asphalt Crew Members to join the team. We are open to reviewing applications from experienced candidates. In this role you will undertake a range of asphalt laying tasks including mobile plant operation (e.g. pavers, rollers, skid steers and tack coat truck). Responsibilities As a member of the crew, you will be responsible for: Operating mobile plant equipment such as pavers, rollers, skid steers and tack coat trucks. Preparing and spreading asphalt surfaces, ensuring proper compaction and quality standards. Maintaining equipment and performing routine inspections. Following safety and environmental procedures on site. Qualifications Availability to work overtime, weekends, nights and live away from home when required. A current vehicle licence (HR or HC licence beneficial). Construction induction card. Mobile plant experience would be beneficial. An interest in working outdoors, in all weather conditions. ASphalt / industry experience or a desire to learn and progress in a new industry.
