Junior Health and Safety Advisor (Consultancy / NEBOSH) – Northam Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Car Allowance + 9-Day Fortnight + Training + Progression. Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Health and Safety Advisor to join a supportive, employee‑owned company with excellent career development, training and a flexible work‑life balance. The role involves delivering health and safety consultancy across a variety of clients and industries, providing practical guidance and ensuring compliance in a dynamic environment. Conduct in‑person annual safety review meetings with clients. Write and update health and safety policies. Score client safety performance against management system criteria. Conduct site inspections and provide written and verbal reports. Carry out accident/incident investigations and produce high‑quality reports. Create and review risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and safe systems of work. Provide advice and guidance via phone, email, or on‑site visits. Identify training needs and liaise with the training department. Qualifications NEBOSH General Certificate. Experience conducting site safety inspections and writing health and safety policies.
