About the Role We are seeking a dedicated administration Support Officer to join our Prosecutions Team. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting with Council Prosecutions with efficiency and sensitivity. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Prosecutions Team, adhering to regulations and Council policies. Administrative support will ensure the department functions effectively. If you are detail-orientated, customer focused and have an eye for detail, we encourage you to apply. What you\'ll deliver: AssistCouncil Prosecutor with prosecutions in Court Assistand maintain council prosecution database Preparationand review of court documents Assistwith the recording and administration of court files. Attendto telephone and personal enquiries and provide sound and accurate advice to solicitors and members of the public. About You Demonstrated skills and experience commensurate with the requirements of the role. Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders both written and verbal Proven experience working in a high volume administrative role that requires effective time management and attention to detail. Excellent MS office skills including experience in database management, Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National criminal history check, working with children check A curious collaborative and inclusive community mindset.
