The company is dedicated to continuously enhancing customer experience and service value. Responsibilities Participate in the design and development of warehouse & distribution solutions. Support solution design covering warehouse workflows, distribution models, resource allocation, and cost modelling to ensure all solutions are practical and executable. Support client solution requirements and develop localized warehouse & distribution solutions based on regional operational differences. Participate in client communication, requirement analysis, and implementation follow‑up. Participate in warehouse & distribution revenue and customer structure analysis. Assist in analysing SKU structure, operating costs and customer profitability to support regional pricing strategies and customer portfolio optimisation. Assist in preparing customer proposals and solution materials, including proposal PPTs, SOP flowcharts, pricing quotations and site survey reports to support the business development team in securing projects. Participate in cross‑department collaboration to drive solution implementation. Work closely with Operations, Business Development, Finance, IT/WMS and other teams to ensure effective execution of solutions and continuous process optimisation. About you Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or related disciplines. Strong analytical skills with solid Excel / PowerPoint capability (cost modelling & reporting experience preferred). Good understanding of warehouse operations, logistics flow and supply chain fundamentals. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (must be able to communicate with China HQ and local clients). Detail‑oriented, logical thinker with strong execution ability. Internship experience in logistics, supply chain, 3PL/4PL, warehouse operations or consulting is highly regarded.
