That’s where you come in.We’re on the lookout for a Web Merchandiser who’s passionate about user experience, obsessed with detail, and excited to help us create an online storefront that’s as dynamic and inspiring as our trips.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll own the look, feel, and performance of our website across key markets, ensuring our trips, offers, and content are always relevant, engaging, and easy to find. It’s a hands-on role working across marketing, SEO, UX, creative, and tech, where no two days are the same.Day-to-day, You’llManage and update site content, including tour pages, promotions, and pricing through our Umbraco CMS Launch campaigns and ensure everything goes live on time and on-brand Optimise navigation, landing pages, and content zones to connect the digital experience with our brand and our customers Collaborate with regional teams to deliver localised, relevant content Map and enhance customer journeys with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) conversion as your north star KPI Ensure merchandising strategies support SEO visibility, driving organic traffic as well as conversion Monitor site behaviour and performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), translating data into actionable insights Be the go-to for merchandising across campaigns, regions, and digital platforms What Success Looks LikeCampaigns that launch seamlessly and reflect our brand values High-performing content that inspires curiosity and drives bookings Smooth, engaging user journeys that reduce bounce and increase conversion A merchandising strategy that supports both UX and SEO Strong cross-functional collaboration and a consistent digital brand presence Who You AreYou’re adaptable and love the pace of digital You communicate clearly and work well with others You care about the customer experience and making every detail count What You Bring2-4 years’ experience in web merchandising, digital content, or e-commerce A strong understanding of how merchandising impacts SEO and customer behaviour Familiarity with CMS platforms (especially Umbraco) and campaign workflows Experience using GA4 to track performance and identify optimisation opportunities A commercial mindset and a sharp eye for detail Confidence managing multiple priorities across global markets Why Join Us?Career Growth: Opportunity to lead strategic, high-visibility projects and work closely with senior leaders across global functions.
