Your New Role This is an exciting two‑year max‑term contract opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join the Enterprise Group Change team. Reporting to the Group Change Lead, the Change Manager is responsible for delivering change management expertise in support of the Fund’s project portfolio. The Change Manager will play a key role in facilitating and driving change transition activities (e.g., change analysis, engagement, communications, learning, adoption tracking) for change initiatives, ensuring projects realise their expected benefits. The Manager will also ensure that project delivery is aligned with, and reinforces, the Fund’s culture and values. This role involves liaising at all levels across the Fund to analyse and effectively develop, deliver and embed change management solutions in line with the Fund’s business objectives, and will contribute to the continuous development of the Enterprise Change function, associated approaches, practices, tools and a broader organisational change capability uplift.
