MDM Solution Designer

2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from CareCone Group We are seeking a skilled Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist with extensive experience in managing customer, address, and reference domains. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with MDM tools, preferably Ataccama, and a strong background in data integration, profiling, and quality assurance. This role requires a deep understanding of MDM best practices and the ability to implement end to end MDM solutions. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain master data across customer, address, and reference domains. Implement and operate MDM solutions, ensuring data integrity and quality. Utilize MDM tools (preferably Ataccama) for data management tasks. Conduct data profiling and quality assessments using Informatica or equivalent tools. Design and execute ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, or similar technologies. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define data governance policies and procedures. Develop and maintain documentation related to MDM processes and data standards. Implement match and merge best practices for customer data management. Support real time data ingestion and integration through APIs. Participate in at least one end to end MDM implementation project. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in Master Data Management with a focus on customer, address, and reference domains. Hands on experience with MDM tools, preferably Ataccama. Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, or equivalent ETL tools. Experience in data profiling and data quality management using Informatica or equivalent. Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS). Strong technical knowledge of Data Integration, APIs, and real time data ingestion. Experience implementing match and merge best practices for customer data. MDM Administration experience is a deal breaker. Preferred Skills: Experience with Ataccama MDM is preferable but not mandatory. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices. Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management and data integration. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
