Senior Advisor - Health Safety prêmio and Wellbeing, People & Cultureхәы> Join Queensland Treasury as a Senior Advisor – Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW). In രണ്ടാം ഈ , you will develop and implement HSW strategies, conduct risk assessments, and promote a positive safety culture. The position is contractual and will run until 30 June 2026. In This Role, You Will Provide expert advice and support in health, safety, and wellbeing. Develop and implement HSW strategies, policies, and procedures. Evaluate reported safety incidents and provide guidance to address concerns. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSW initiatives. Promote a positive safety culture and deliver training and education to staff. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with HSW legislation and standards. What Experience You Will Bringette Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of health, safety, and wellbeing principles. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HSW strategies andpari e initiatives. Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
