We work with major retailers across Australia to deploy ESL systems, in-store IoT devices and advanced cloud platforms. We are looking for a skilled Computer Network & Systems Engineer to support our growing customer projects and internal IT infrastructure. About the Role You will design, implement and support network and system environments used for Hanshow’s IoT retail solutions. This includes configuring networks for in-store devices, managing servers and cloud services, and supporting technical integrations with customer POS/ERP systems. Key Responsibilities Configure and support LAN/WAN, wireless networks, routing, switching, VPN and firewalls Manage Linux/Windows servers, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper‑V) and cloud environments Deploy and troubleshoot ESL gateways, controllers and IoT connectivity Support integrations between Hanshow cloud platforms and customer systems Provide 2nd/3rd-level support for store rollouts and technical escalations Maintain network diagrams, documentation and security best practices What We're Looking For Degree in IT, Computer Science or Network Engineering 2+ years hands‑on experience in networking and systems administration Strong skills in switching/routing, VPN, firewalls and wireless networks Experience with Linux/Windows servers and virtualisation Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and automation/scripting Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Experience with IoT or retail technology is a bonus Bilingual communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to support coordination with international stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
