THE POSITION This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving. You will juggle multiple priorities and provide a high level of customer service, all while maintaining strong attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Managing a portfolio of schemes alongside an assistant Attending meetings, taking minutes, managing relationships with committees Offering expert advice to both clients and stakeholders Reviewing financial statements Managing arrears Resolving any disputes that may arise THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE Previous experience within the body corporate/strata industry, real estate, or facilities management Must hold a NSW Strata Managing Agent License (Class 1 or 2) issued by the Office of Fair Trading Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload and multiple priorities Strong communication skills, including the ability to attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and liaise effectively with clients and committees A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a demonstrated ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally Experience in financial management, including preparing and reviewing budgets, financials, and arrears management The ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team, to achieve goals and exceed expectations Available to work from Gold Coast office occasionally THE BENEFITS SSKB offers a supportive environment where you can grow your career, with a focus on leadership and mentoring.
