Member Services Rep – Full Time – Afternoon/Evening We are searching for a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged. You will provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience. Responsibilities Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service. Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions. Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point‑of‑sale system. Utilize POS system for new membership cards, address changes, billing or payment questions. Club Cleanliness and Maintenance Maintain the front desk area and lobby as clean and orderly. Regularly clean floor spills, trash, windows, mirrors, and re‑rack weights. Clean all exercise equipment and tanning beds. Clean and restock restrooms and wet areas. Qualifications & Requirements Applicants for an overnight position must submit to a 7‑year criminal background check within the first week of hire. Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude. Prior customer service experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification within required time frames. Physical Demands Walk, stand, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and perform repetitive hand motions for prolonged periods. Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull moderate weight (up to 50 lbs). Ability to talk continuously in person or on the phone during shifts. Maintain the physical ability to administer CPR if required. Normal vision (with or without correction) and hearing (with or without correction). Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO).
