(subject to review andapproval) About the Role: This is anexciting opportunity to lead the Forensic Mental Health Services (FMHS) custodial and community-based services in the ACT. ForensicMental Health Services (FMHS) provides specialist mental health services to people in the ACT who are involved in, or at-risk people of becoming involvedin, the criminal justice system. FMHS operates across a range of settingsincluding custody, secure inpatient facilities, ACT law courts, and thecommunity. FMHS isseeking a highly motivated experienced psychologist or allied healthprofessional to lead and manage our custodial and community forensic mentalhealth teams. The Senior Manager FMHS brings strong clinical and relationalskills and considered problem solving to the diverse daily operations of the FMHScustodial and community teams and contributes to the overall clinicalgovernance and service development of the program. The Senior Manager will beadaptable and strategic, able to communicate with influence, have knowledge andexperience in clinical risk assessment, and be passionate about working withvulnerable populations. FMHS offers acollaborative multi-disciplinary working environment including support forspecialist clinical supervision, professional development opportunities, andflexible working arrangements.
