Head of People and Culture
to be part of the leadership team reporting to the CEO.This is a newly created role and requires someone with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to think strategically in addition to doing hands-on, tactical tasks.The RoleLead the performance review process across the business to build on a strong culture of regular feedback and clear deliverables.Assist in setting and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align with organisational goals.Implement and champion People and Culture best practices across the business and contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive organisational culture across multiple locations in Australia and contractors based overseas.Support the P&C team to gather employee feedback, that can be prioritised and actioned by the business to keep improving the employee experience.Review and own employment agreements ensuring compliance with key industry awards, laws and regulations.Serve as a point of contact for employees on People and Culture matters and work closely with other members of the leadership team to resolve HR-related matters.Identify training needs within the organization and develop relevant programs.Support career development initiatives for employees.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between P&C initiatives and organisational objectives.Act as the Advisor to the executive and leadership team on all People and Culture and HR matters.Ideal CandidateYou will have a passion for Travel and Technology.Intrinsically motivated.Have been a successful People & Culture leader in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Solid experience in general HR fundamentals and employment laws and regulationsPrevious experience in performance review, culture development and employee engagement initiatives.This is a fantastic opportunity for a People & Culture and Human Resources Leader to make an impact in a high achieving, expanding business within the services industry.
