A high-growth defence technology organisation is seeking a Systems Administrator (Oracle) to strengthen and evolve its core business platforms. This hands‑on role is responsible for ensuring Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and adjacent enterprise applications are integrated, secure, and operating at peak efficiency. Reporting into the IT function, this engineer will work closely with Security, vendors, and internal stakeholders to improve cross‑system workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and support the organisation’s shift toward a more automated, scalable application ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve integrations built on the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform. Serve as the primary technical contact for issues related to Oracle Fusion applications and Salesforce environments. Partner with external vendors to ensure platform availability, performance, and security. Administer identity and access controls across enterprise platforms (OAuth, SAML, TLS). Apply security and governance standards across all business applications. Diagnose and resolve complex integration problems across multi‑system environments. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance interoperability and workflow automation. Support structured, low‑friction change‑management processes. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience. 2+ years’ experience in enterprise systems engineering, CRM/ERP administration, or business systems roles. Demonstrated experience supporting or integrating platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, or similar enterprise applications. Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, MDM administration, and IAM concepts. Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting. Strong comfort in Linux command‑line environments.
