Key Responsibilities Translate key materials, product updates, internal communications, and client-facing content between Japanese and English with accuracy and cultural sensitivity. Work alongside the global and Japan-based Customer Experience (CX) teams to improve service delivery, provide backup support, and assist with client queries as needed. Assist the marketing team with translation, campaign localisation, and cultural alignment of promotional content for the Japanese market. Act as a liaison between Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to align goals, remove blockers, and ensure effective communication across regions. This role is primarily based in the Office. However, to support collaboration with the Japanese office, up to two shifts per week may be scheduled between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM (AEST). These shifts: Will be agreed upon in advance with the manager. Are designed to support overlapping hours with the Japan-based team. TAMC will ensure appropriate notice is provided and will work with you to accommodate reasonable scheduling preferences.
