Role As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll be the trusted advisor helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest purchases. From first meeting through to settlement, you’ll manage the full journey: searching, negotiating, and securing the right home at the right price. This is a client-facing, high-impact role where your commercial instincts and relationship skills directly change people’s lives. We’ll support you with training, tools, and licensing — you’ll be on the path to becoming a Class 1 Buyer’s Agent with the experience and credibility to match. Day‑to‑day Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and budget. Run proactive property searches and uncover opportunities others miss. Manage negotiations with agents to secure great outcomes. Partner closely with the wider Peach team to deliver a seamless experience. Keep clients informed and confident through every stage — from search to settlement. Skills you’ll need Client excellence – Proven experience building trusted relationships in account management, real estate, or sales. Commercial acumen – Confident managing budgets, negotiations, and high‑stakes decisions. Ownership – Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, with a sharp eye for detail and a bias for action.
