About the Company Our client is a global leader in communication. They provide mobile radio communications, video security & access control, integrated technology to help make communities safer. About the Role The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction by managing equipment and materials for the Rental team. Key duties include handling equipment according to defined processes and schedules, maintaining an organised storage facility for infrastructure and spare parts with 24/7 accessibility, and performing material handling and administrative tasks to support rental customers. Responsibilities Tag all rental equipment and record it in the company databases prior to storage or relocation. Maintain and update asset registers. Collaborate with the Rental Operations Manager to verify that asset locations. Manage the dispatch and receipt of equipment and materials. Complete all tasks in accordance with established quality standards. Adhere to all documented procedures and work instructions. Meet required timelines while ensuring work is performed to a high standard. Keep the facility clean, organised, and well maintained. Skills and Experience Inventory and warehouse experience. Working knowledge of computer-based software and the Microsoft Windows OS environment.
