Dental Assistant and Receptionist

Aurora Epping Dental Clinic is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our team in Wollert, VIC. In this blended role, you'll work closely with our dentists to provide exceptional patient care while also managing front‑of‑house administrative duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in both clinical and customer service environments. What you'll be doing Assisting dentists during procedures by preparing equipment, instruments, and materials Ensuring the dental operatory is clean, sterilised, and well‑stocked Greeting and welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records Processing payments and handling billing inquiries Answering incoming phone calls and responding to patient enquiries Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour at all times What we're looking for Relevant qualifications or experience as a Dental Assistant Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask A genuine interest in the dental industry and a dedication to patient care What we offer At Aurora Epping Dental Clinic, we are committed to creating a positive, supportive, and flexible work environment for our team. Key Points Saturday, half‑day availability and availability to work till 8:30pm on weekdays is a requirement. Dental Nursing / Reception experience is preferred. Working between our 2 clinics in Aurora and Whittlesea is a preferred. Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday availability is required.
