Disability support worker/ Community worker Independent Living Disability Services Pty Ltd – Galston NSW Independent Living Disability Services provides a range of supports and services to people across Sydney. Position is Tuesday and Thursdays in Randwick 1pm to 5pm and Saturday shift in Galston. Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Support worker with proven experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life. Experience in complex mental health and dementia. Daily living tasks. Community access - car required. Must be available to do short shifts. The ideal person will be friendly, fun, have lots of energy and engaging to build a therapeutic relationship to successfully assist our clients within their home.
