Job Description We are seeking to appoint a full-time Store Manager based at our Bondi store, reporting to the District Manager. Responsibilities Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and adjust store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories. Track store performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily. Demonstrate strong business acumen by understanding organisational objectives. Manage training processes for new hires and current employees. Demonstrate effective execution of performance management tools. Recruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for positions underneath the store hierarchy. Lead and execute floor changes, sales and promotional events in a timely and effective manner. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures. Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed. Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind; partner with the District Manager on elevated issues. Qualifications Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy. High school diploma or GED (preferred). Creative individual with a flair for fashion. Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded. Motivated by driving sales and creating a team environment that is energetic and collaborative. Confident in leading, training and developing your team to foster growth and maximise store performance. What We Offer A competitive salary and attractive bonus program.
