Collaborate with the development team to establish testing strategy, acceptance criteria, and to develop/execute automated and manual testing. Welcome to the realm of Quality Engineering As an accomplished software expert, you will deliver and occasionally lead test execution activities, participate in artifact review meetings, identify QA process issues, and coach others on correct QA processes. You will author basic test matrices, take ownership of QA planning tasks, translate business needs into personal work, lead a small team, and create, edit, and update automated test scripts. Together we do what matters. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of quality control tests and analysis to ensure software meets specified standards. Collaborate with the development team to establish testing strategy and acceptance criteria. Develop and execute automated and manual testing. Identify and elevate QA process issues appropriately. Coach others on correct QA processes at a basic level. Author basic test matrices from business/technical requirements with some supervision. Lead a small team with some oversight.
