Position Overview ANC is looking for a highly motivated Contractor Recruitment Officer / Fleet Sourcing Officer to join their team near Brisbane Airport, QLD to help drive our driver fleet staffing objectives. As part of our national sourcing team, you’ll work collaboratively to meet fleet sourcing targets across Victoria and other states as required. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders and the Fleet Sourcing Manager to attract, select, and onboard high-quality delivery drivers. Your contributions will also support ongoing improvements in our sourcing strategies and recruitment administration, helping us build a stronger, more efficient driver network. What you’ll be doing Sourcing : Driver Recruitment - Source, shortlist, and interview candidates for driver and vehicle roles using our Applicant Tracking System. Post vacancies and manage applications using various recruitment platforms. Induction and Compliance : Conduct driver inductions and vehicle inspections including training on safety, operational procedures etc. Communication : Foster positive communication with drivers and cultivate a customer-first mindset. Administration : Responsible for creating and maintaining driver records, candidate interview notes, uniform stock spreadsheets, and performing other administrative tasks. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams for seamless onboarding of the drivers. Continuous Improvement : Stay up to date with industry trends and assist in continuous improvement initiatives. What are we looking for Previous Recruitment experience in a blue-collar environment, preferably within the transport industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Be passionate about finding the right candidates who not only meet the role requirements but also align with the company culture, ensuring a strong and successful fit for both. Technologically savvy with strong ability to utilise Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other industry required technology. Ensure a thorough understanding and compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR) regulations, prioritising safety, risk management, and accountability in all driver related tasks. Proficient in recruitment software and platforms. Strong reporting and data analysis skills. Knowledge of contractor legislation and subcontractor requirements. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Please note that only candidates with full working rights in Australia will be considered for this role.
