Overview Our client URGENTLY requires a Program Director for a 12 months + Contract in Darwin. The Program Director will be accountable for ensuring the successful management and delivery of high value, highly complex business systems projects focusing on solution design, delivery, implementation, and adoption. This will require consultation and coordination with all stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions that achieve agreed business outcomes, not just outputs. Responsibilities The Program Director will be accountable for ensuring the successful management and delivery of high value, highly complex business systems projects focusing on solution design, delivery, implementation, and adoption. Consultation and coordination with all stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions that achieve agreed business outcomes, not just outputs. Skills and Experience 5 to 10 years of experience in program or project management roles. Demonstrated track record of balancing delivery and adoption, ensuring solutions are delivered successfully and integrated effectively into operations. Proven ability to support and lead change management, including training and user engagement, to integrate new digital or technology capabilities with organisational transformation needs. Experience in technical concepts including system analysis, design, integration, and associated interfaces is desirable. Demonstrated understanding of IT Service Management frameworks is also a desirable.
