About the role:

This role will see you work within our Rehabilitation unit, where you will assist in guiding professional development pathways for staff, introducing best practices within the rehabilitation realm, and supporting quality improvement activities.

The Tamworth Rehabilitation Unit strives to enable patients to achieve the highest level of independence following a stroke, amputation, brain injury or other traumatic injuries. Our highly specialised, multi-disciplinary pride themselves in assisting in individualising goals of care for patients in a compassionate manner.

We are looking for someone with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You need to be autonomous whilst also collaborating as part of the team and managing competing priorities.
