Tasks As a Leadership Development Consultant, your work is centred around high-quality, human-focused conversations with experienced professionals navigating change or career transition. You will Lead meaningful 1 : 1 conversations that create clarity and direction Listen beyond the surface and identify who is genuinely ready for transformation Support grounded, confident decision-making — with zero pressure or selling Assess candidates for readiness and alignment with our Life-Design programs Build authentic, trust-based client relationships Apply our proven framework while bringing your own leadership experience Participate in ongoing mentoring, coaching, and leadership development Work flexibly, remotely, and independently This is not sales. It’s transformational work with high-performing, purpose-driven adults. Requirements At least 5 years of leadership, coaching, consulting, or client-facing experience Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence The ability to build trust quickly and speak with people on a human level A self-aware, reflective, grounded personality Genuine interest in personal development and leadership growth The capacity to work independently, set your own rhythm, and stay accountable Tech confidence (training provided) Fluent English communication Your depth, presence, and maturity matter more than a perfect CV.
