The facilities and services include high‑performance gymnasium, personal training, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy pool, plunge pool, recovery pool, recovery equipment and learn‑to‑swim lessons. The centre’s holistic approach to health and wellbeing is evident in the high level of engagement and interaction, customer experience, access and inclusion along with the evidence‑based services provided in centre. The Role Victoria Health Club is looking for energetic, confident and motivated people to join our Swim School team. Our Infant Swim Teachers deliver swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities. Successful applicants will be effective communicators who demonstrate a strong attention to detail. You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Relevant industry qualifications are essential. Skills & Attributes Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team Qualifications Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate Working with Vulnerable People & National Police Check Current Swim Teaching Certificate Infant Swim Teaching Certificate - Desirable The Company Belgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest‑growing leisure organisation in Australia.
