We’re expanding our services and seeking a skilled and motivated RN to drive clinical excellence continuous improvements through our new Integrated Care and Allied Health Program. This 12-month initiative, starting in January 2026, will focus on improving integrated care, care coordination and chronic condition management for people in Kununurra, WA. You’ll play a vital leadership role in implementing quality improvement strategies that enhance coordinated and integrated care pathways and help reduce health inequalities in this unique and vibrant community. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting GPs and patients to identify and manage chronic conditions effectively.
