The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Power Curve Suite , strong coding skills, and a proven track record in enterprise application development and deployment. Key Responsibilities: Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code to support system upgrades. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user feedback for continuous improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality banking solutions. Provide comprehensive code documentation and contribute to technical documentation. Investigate and present alternative technologies and solutions for architectural review. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability. Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment cycles. Handle multiple policy versions and adapt to short development timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 9 years of experience in software engineering or development roles. Strong hands-on experience with Power Curve Suite . Proficiency in Microsoft technologies , Git , and version control systems. Experience in full-cycle project development and deployment. Familiarity with enterprise systems, CI/CD practices, and agile methodologies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick debugging and deployment cycles. Preferred Attributes: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
