Our client is a 100% Australian owned and operated business in the steel reinforcement industry We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Forklift and Gantry crane Operator to join their small, friendly team at their Trade Service Center in Yatala. The role will include but not limited to, the following: Responsibilities Use of cutting and bending machine Loading and unloading trucks Forklift driving Operating overhead crane Liaising with external customers Qualifications Machine operation knowledge Ability to follow verbal instructions easily Strong safety focus Take pride in your work Excellent communication skills Work well in a team and autonomously Current forklift license preferred (to load trucks) Knowledge to use overhead crane advantageous Experience in Reinforcing Steel (off‑coil, cutting and bending machines) will be considered highly advantageous but training can be given to the right candidate In return you'll be rewarded with a great career opportunity, with a reputable company who will provide training and support on site.
