What You'll Work On Azure Azure IaaS & PaaS design, optimisation and troubleshooting. Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD / WVD). Azure Networking (VNets, NSGs, Firewalls, routing). Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Sentinel. Azure security, identity, governance. Functions, Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus. M365 / Endpoint Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint / OneDrive. Intune / Endpoint Manager. Conditional Access & identity security. Defender for Endpoint. Hybrid Infrastructure Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP. Hybrid identity with Azure AD / Entra. VMware / Hyper-V environments. Automation Strong PowerShell scripting (a must). IaC & automation tooling. Streamlining processes, building repeatable solutions. Who This Suits Likes solving rather than escalating. Enjoys ownership rather than micromanagement. Wants a genuine engineering culture rather than a helpdesk with stickers. Likes mixing BAU escalations with meaningful Azure project work. Comes from a Managed Services / MSP or consulting background. The Essentials Solid experience as an L3 Engineer / Senior Cloud or Systems Engineer. Strong Azure + PowerShell (non-negotiable). AVD exposure. Good M365 + Intune background.
