Your focus will be on high-level relationship management, proactive communication, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Managing landlord and tenant relationships Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, and negotiations Overseeing maintenance approvals and communication Managing arrears with the support of internal processes Preparing and attending tribunal (minimal, and supported by leadership) Ensuring a high standard of property presentation and compliance ✔️ What We're Looking For Minimum 3+ years’ experience in residential Property Management Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team Current Property Management registration/certification A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service Who is OBrien Real Estate Frankston?
